Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• Active RN license in state of residence.
• Nurse Executive and/or Certified Nurse Educator certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing practice required.
• Three+ years of nursing leadership/administrative experience (practice or academia).
• Prior graduate-level and online teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and teach MSN courses across tracks.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with AACN Essentials, CCNE Standards, and other professional standards.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate lectures ensuring instructional excellence and innovation.
