Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing practice required.
- Active and unencumbered RN license in State of residence.
- APRN track: at least five years of full-time direct patient care as an APRN in the designated specialty.
- NEL/NED tracks: comparable leadership/administration or nursing education experience.
- Previous graduate-level teaching experience required.
- Previous online teaching experience required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, lead, and teach courses in the MSN program.
- Uphold academic integrity and standards of practice; ensure curriculum alignment with CCNE Essentials and national track competencies.
- Collaborate with MSN and SON faculty to support curriculum alignment and program effectiveness.
- Engage in governance, course content reviews, grading practices, and student support to maintain instructional quality.
