Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to engage with medical and scientific leaders, communicating data and clinical insights in a compliant way. You will build relationships, analyze practice patterns, and support strategic Medical Affairs initiatives.

The role requires a deep scientific background, 3+ years of industry experience in MSL, and the ability to travel up to 60% with a valid driver's license. Base salary ranges from $210,000 to $220,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD/NP/PA).
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen and ability to translate complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with medical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from KOLs/HCPs.
• Serve as medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders and understand clinical practice.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with field medical teams and Commercial colleagues to share insights.

Education

Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA)
