Qualifications

Advanced scientific terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years in pharma/biotech.
Experience managing field-based medical teams and leadership roles.
Practical understanding of FDA/OIG/HIPAA/PhRMA guidelines.
Willingness to travel for conferences, meetings and KOL interactions.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction and management of MSLs in the region.
Develop talent within the MSL team through coaching and assessments.
Provide field-level scientific leadership in assigned therapeutic areas.
Collaborate cross-functionally with home office colleagues and external partners.
Ensure clear targets, cascaded information and strong accountability.
