Job summary

University of Michigan seeks a Temporary Program Assistant - MSI Connect Student Ambassador for PACE. The role supports graduate students who are alumni of MSIs by organizing professional development, culture, and social events on campus.

You will help coordinate events, communications, and logistics while contributing to a welcoming MSI community. As part of the Rackham PACE team, you will collaborate with ambassadors and staff, attend bi-weekly meetings, and help plan recruitment activities

Qualifications

• Current graduate student, preferably from an MSI
• Interest or experience with MSIs and community building programs
• Leadership or administrative experience in campus or community groups
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team or independently
• Familiar with productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, calendars)

Responsibilities

• Assist MSI team to develop events and programs for MSI alumni
• Support event logistics and record keeping (scheduling, catering, attendance, setup)
• Support event marketing and communications via social media
• Attend bi-weekly MSI Connect team meetings
• Participate in MSI Connect sponsored events
• Provide tasks support to the PACE MSI Initiative
