Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience must include at least five of the following items.
• Advise on program requirements and develop and implement evaluative measures to assess the effectiveness of administrative and management program activities, with emphasis on systems for project tracking, records, reporting.
• Participate in significant management planning, policy-making, and decision-making activities to accomplish agency goals.
• Manage staff and plan short- and long-term work to be accomplished by subordinates.
• Generate and manipulate data, and prepare complex reports, briefings, procedures, and guidelines for organizational studies and process improvements.
• Provide oversight and financial management of an operating program budget within a large organization.
• Interpret and apply procurement and financial laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to contract administration.
