Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is hiring experienced Millwrights for industrial and plant maintenance in Reading, PA. You will install, repair, and align machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has millwright experience in industrial environments, can read drawings, and can perform precise alignments. MSHA qualification is required or can be obtained through our training program.

• Strong millwright experience in industrial or plant environments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled with precision alignment, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation and solid safety habits.
