Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks a Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Training Developer to build and maintain daily a realistic computer-based MSEL toolkit that supports AOC mission qualification and training.

The role requires reviewing USAF instructions, developing doctrinal software files, and delivering on-site training to multiple AOC locations. A Bachelor's degree and Top Secret clearance are required; experience with TBMCS and related tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years AOC planning/execution experience.
• Top Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily Master Scenario Events List software tools.
• Review USAF Instructions and TTPs to ensure compliance.
• Support planning materials for doctrinally correct intelligence and reports.
• Deliver on-site training to approximately 10 AOC locations.
• Maintain MSEL databases and related software files.
