Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC. seeks a skilled MSEL Training Developer to design and maintain computer-based Master Scenario Event Lists for AOC missions. You will build scenario products, manage databases, and research real-world and synthetic intel to support ongoing training and operations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in military ops/training, and at least 2 years in AOC, with 4+ years in specified systems. On-site at Hurlburt Field, FL with TS/SCI clearance desired.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years military ops/training experience.
At least 2 years of AOC experience.
4+ years with TBMCS/C2CORE AIR, JADOCS and related systems.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
On-site work at Hurlburt Field, FL.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MSEL applications and scenario products.
Maintain MSEL databases and related software files.
Research operational and intel aspects of real-world and synthetic scenarios.
Create theater-specific intelligence and reconnaissance scenarios.
Support development and delivery of AODs, ATOs, and other operational products.
Review Air Force instructions and TTPs to keep scenarios current.
Provide on-site C2WSPTT support at AOC locations during execution.
