Job summary

Sanofi in Framingham, MA is seeking a Scientist I MSAT to develop and execute bioassays across biologic modalities in support of commercial manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work with cell-based assays, ELISA, and flow cytometry, contributing to stability studies and technology transfers.

The role offers opportunities to collaborate across the Global MSAT organization and interfaces with CMC, Quality, Manufacturing, and CRO/CMO partners to advance regulatory filings

Qualifications

• PhD with 0–1+ years in biopharma analytical development or a Master with 3+ years.
• Experience with cell-based assays, immunoassays (e.g., ELISA), and/or flow cytometry.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to design and troubleshoot assays.

Responsibilities

• Execute cell-based assays and immunoassays to assess potency, activity, and impurities.
• Develop and optimize analytical methods including ELISA and flow cytometry.
• Perform method qualification and transfer in and out of the department.
• Support sample stability studies and automation of workflows.
• Independently design and execute complex experiments under supervision.
• Prepare protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation.
