Meet Life Sciences Ltd. in the United States seeks an MSAT Scientist to support process development, technical operations, and clinical-stage manufacturing within a biopharmaceutical environment.

You will author batch records, provide floor support, troubleshoot processes, and assist with deviations, changes, and conjugation-related steps, ensuring GMP compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical MSAT, process development, or technical operations.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing, batch record authoring, and deviation resolution.
• Hands-on experience with conjugation chemistry, TFF, Protein A, ion exchange (IEX), and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC).

Position Overview

We are seeking an MSAT Scientist to support process development, technical operations, and clinical-stage manufacturing within a biopharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process development and clinical-stage manufacturing activities.
• Author batch records and maintain process documentation.
• Provide manufacturing floor support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Assist with deviation investigations and change control.
• Support conjugation processes and downstream purification activities.
• Ensure adherence to GMP requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical MSAT, process development, or technical operations.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing, batch record authoring, and deviation resolution.
• Hands-on experience with conjugation chemistry, TFF, Protein A, ion exchange (IEX), and hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC).

Additional Requirement:

Must be able to work onsite in Bristol, PA, five days per week.
