Job summary

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, MSAT Product Knowledge Steward to act as the scientific steward for assigned small-molecule products, preserving, integrating, and communicating product knowledge across development through commercial manufacturing.

The role combines deep scientific expertise with documentation leadership, translating complex process information into technical dossiers and transfer packages that enable successful technology transfer and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of pharma industry experience, including 3–5 years in small-molecule process development or MSAT.
• Working knowledge of GMP environments and lifecycle support.
• Experience supporting technology transfer, change controls, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains product knowledge dossiers across development to commercial manufacturing.
• Author and review transfer packages for CMOs and site readiness.
• Support tech transfer activities and knowledge gap closure with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to lifecycle management, including post-approval changes and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Eng, Quality, Supply Chain and Regulatory CMC.
