Job summary

Madrigal is seeking a Senior Manager, MSAT Product Knowledge Steward to act as the scientific steward for small-molecule products, spanning drug substance to finished goods across development and commercial manufacturing. The role emphasizes organizing complex technical knowledge, controlling process documentation, and enabling seamless technology transfer.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize complex technical knowledge into clear documentation.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
• Experience supporting late-stage development and tech transfer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product knowledge dossiers across lifecycle.
• Support tech transfer to CMOs with comprehensive transfer packages.
• Lead knowledge gap assessments and drive closure with cross-functional teams.
• Support lifecycle management, deviations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and regulatory CMC for product understanding.
