The successful candidate will manage the service of safe, nutritious and appealing meals efficiently, while ensuring a clean, friendly work environment. S/He will participate in the production of meals and clean up and will be responsible for filling in with staff absences. S/He will also complete administrative duties including daily paperwork, food ordering and monthly inventory.

S/He will have a high school diploma or equivalency. Preference given to candidates with experience in food service, leadership roles and computer use. S/He will be able to pass the criminal history records check (fingerprinting) through the Maine DOE upon hire, as well as obtain Safety Food Handler/Sanitation Certification within 3 months of employment.
