Job Purpose:- The Youth & Family Tree provides services to at-risk youth, ages 12-24, who are experiencing substance abuse and/or generational trauma. This program extends individual trauma treatment to parents and caregivers of the child. The MA/MS Licensed Therapist will develop comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments clinically responsive to age-appropriate patient/family needs and concerns commensurate with knowledge in the substance abuse/mental health field.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate consumers’ medical or physical condition and to assess needs.- Provide documentation of clinical and case management services in accordance with department standards.- Participate with the interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing clinical treatment plans for consumers.
