LifeStream Behavioral Center seeks an MA Therapist Supervisor - Licensed to lead a team of therapists and ensure high-quality behavioral health services. This role blends clinical oversight with administrative duties to uphold best practices and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise clinicians, guide treatment planning, and participate in staff development while maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a therapist (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably within a behavioral health center.
• Previous supervisory experience in a mental health or therapeutic environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing therapeutic programs and interventions.

Responsibilities
