Role Overview:

Requirements:

• Required 1 years’ experience.
• Required 1 year of Epic charting experience.
• Medication System: Omnicell
• Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TN active RN license.
• Required 1 years’ experience for travelers.
• Required Float, as needed and per skill set.

Special Procedures Details:

• Stroke and Tia patients
• High acuity med-surg patients
• Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation

Schedule:

• Shift hours: Night 3x12-Hour (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
• Weekend Coverage: Every Other.
• Required Float, as needed and per skill set.
