• Active SC RN license required.
• First-time Travelers require 3 years experience within the specialty.

Role Overview:

This role involves administering treatments, interpreting telemetry data, coordinating care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and safety.

Requirements:

• Two (2) years of experience required.
• Community Hospital experience required.
• One (1) year of EPIC charting experience required.
• Medication System: Omnicell
• Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Active SC RN license required.
• First-time Travelers – 3 years’ experience within specialty required.

Required Clinical Skills

• IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs
• Respiratory: Nasal Cannula, Oral suctioning, Oxygen tanks
• Genitourinary/Renal
• Gastrointestinal: Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care and management
• Medications: Heparin, Insulin
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Work Settings: Med/Surg, Orthopedics
• Plastics

Schedule:

• Shift hours: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
• Weekend Requirement: Every Other
• Required Float based on need.
