Alcon seeks a talented and motivated intern to join the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) team onsite in Fort Worth, TX for Spring and Summer 2027. The intern will support manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lifecycle management while collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Enrolled in an accredited university for at least one semester prior to internship.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Data Science or related technical field.
Minimum GPA 2.8/4.0 and demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

Support sustaining engineering projects related to manufacturing processes, materials, equipment, and product lifecycle management.
Assist with change control impact assessments and implementation monitoring activities.
Analyze manufacturing, quality, and operational data to identify trends and support improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain on cross-functional projects.
Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project updates to support business objectives.
