Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills (extracurriculars or projects).
• Academic GPA: minimum 2.8/4.0.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Support installation, commissioning, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis.
• Analyze data and summarize trends, risks, and recommendations with clear communication.
• Create and update engineering docs, work instructions, and validation records.
