Job summary

AISES invites you to join the Summer Talent Program in our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T) Division for a 12-week internship starting late May or early June 2027. You will work on one or more projects designed to develop technical and professional skills while exploring our company culture.

Interns will contribute to process development, analytical methods, and collaboration with operations and quality groups.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, science, or related disciplines. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

Integrate with project teams and expand laboratory experience and skills through hands-on participation.
Apply engineering, chemistry, and pharmaceutics principles to characterize and scale-up bench or pilot-scale processes to bring therapies to production.
Develop, optimize, and implement innovative lab and manufacturing technologies and analytical methods.
Use process modeling with statistical, data analytics, and data science tools to analyze process information and identify insights.
Support process technology development and transfer to commercial operation groups.
Collaborate with operations and quality groups on strategic projects to ensure process performance and supply for commercial products.
Examine issues from diverse perspectives to understand root causes and resolve them.
Support product transfers within internal and external manufacturing networks.
