Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in IEP meetings.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide specialized instruction, accommodations, and modifications.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to align instructional strategies.
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress toward IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings with parents and guardians.
• Provide consultation to educators on accommodations and teaching strategies.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality and district policies.
• Engage in professional development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Principal.
