Job summary

PCM Middle School is seeking a Musical/Drama Assistant to support casting, rehearsals, and production planning, under the direction of the school’s arts program. This role emphasizes leadership, organization, and clear communication to help students prepare for performances.

You will supervise rehearsals, coordinate schedules with families and staff, assist with backstage operations, and help create programs and publicity.
