• Develop lesson plans aligned with standards and district curriculum.
• Create an engaging classroom environment and set clear objectives.
• Administer tests and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain accurate student records and IEP/504 documentation.
• Meet with parents/guardians to discuss progress and needs.
