Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Senior field-based Key Customer Manager (MS) to drive engagement with KMEs, prescribers and administrators across a multi-state territory. You will craft and execute engagement plans with the Regional Sales Director, advancing patient access and the quality of MS care while strengthening Biogen's relationships with key customers.

You will collaborate with marketing, managed care and patient services to elevate Biogen's trust and value in the MS portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• MS Disease State or related account management experience preferred.
• Experience navigating complex accounts.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, managed care and patient services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Key Medical Expert and Key Account engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to ensure long-term Biogen MS portfolio success.
• Establish a ONE BIOGEN strategic engagement approach for key accounts.
• Identify opportunities and evolving trends to improve patient access and care quality.
• Interact with KMEs, prescribers, and administrators to align on account needs.
