Biogen is seeking a Senior field-based Key Customer Manager (MS) to drive engagement with KMEs, prescribers and administrators across a multi-state territory. You will craft and execute engagement plans with the Regional Sales Director, advancing patient access and the quality of MS care while strengthening Biogen's relationships with key customers.
You will collaborate with marketing, managed care and patient services to elevate Biogen's trust and value in the MS portfolio.
The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Key Customer Manager (KCM) will have 3 primary strategic imperatives for Biogen, (1) Shaping the MS Treatment Dialogue, (2) Improving the customer experience with Biogen, and (3) Increase the awareness of the Biogen MS portfolio. This is a field-based position that includes Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas Kentucky, North and South Dakota and Nebraska. The ideal candidate will live in the Chicago Area.
Management
The base compensation range for this role is: $184,000.00-$253,000.00 Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
