Job summary

The International School of San Francisco is seeking positive, passionate and knowledgeable coaches for its middle and high school athletics program. Practices occur 2–3 weekday afternoons with games on weekday afternoons, evenings and/or weekends, from August 10 to mid‑November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at middle school, high school, college or club levels.
• Must be reliable, prompt and dependable.
• Must have transportation.
• Willingness to pass a full background check.
• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance applies to employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer all levels of the sport in the high school program under the Athletic Director.
• Follow the athletic program procedures and CIF rules.
• Provide clear communication with student-athletes and families about expectations and philosophy.
• Support student-athlete development through structured practices and fair assessments.
• Lead by example, selecting captains and fostering positive leadership within the team.
