Job summary

The International School of San Francisco is seeking positive, passionate and knowledgeable coaches to lead middle/high school sports. The Jaguar Athletic program emphasizes growth, pride and character, with practices 2–3 afternoons and games on weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Coaches will report to the Athletic Director and follow CIF and state athletic procedures while fostering teamwork, leadership and student development in a diverse school community.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at the middle school, high school, college or club level.
• Experience in a value-based athletic program preferred.
• Reliable, prompt and dependable.
• Must be able to have transportation and pass a full background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer all levels of the sport and report to the Athletic Director.
• Follow the procedures of the high school's athletic program and CIF.
• Provide clear communication for student-athletes and families regarding expectations and philosophy.
• Create and implement a meaningful practice structure to enhance instruction and development.
