Job summary

Mexican Sugar seeks a friendly host/hostess to welcome guests and manage seating with grace. You will help create a sultry, unforgettable dining experience that aligns with our Casa Futura vibe.

Requirements include at least one year in a host/hostess or customer service role, ability to read/write/speak English, and capacity to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. OpenTable experience is a plus, and benefits include flexible schedules and PTO after a year.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to their tables with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist guests in creating a welcoming ambiance and smooth flow of dining experiences.
• Acknowledge VIP guests and coordinate seating to enhance the guest journey.
• Be aware of events like birthdays or anniversaries to personalize service and celebrate them.
• Collaborate with team members and seek help when needed to maintain high service standards.
