Job summary

Mexican Sugar Las Colinas, LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a friendly host/hostess to welcome guests and guide them to their seats, ensuring a smooth first impression. You will maintain a calm, efficient flow during busy service and coordinate with staff to deliver attentive hospitality.

Experience in guest service or hostess roles is valued, with flexibility for flexible schedules and PTO benefits. English fluency, ability to stand long hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs are required to excel in this

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• OpenTable experience is a plus

• Move with a purpose achieved with fast-paced foot speed, graceful flow, and purpose in every movement
• Recognize our VIP guests and kick off their visits by welcoming back the best of friends
• Ensure we know when an event, like a birthday or anniversary is happening, so we can join the fiesta and make it muy especial
• Encourage your team members to seek help from you by inspiring them with your skills and expertise
