Job summary

Inoapps Ltd is seeking a functional support specialist to assist managed services customers using Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion HCM, covering Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules.

You will handle incidents, requests, changes and problems while coordinating with technical support and service delivery teams. The role is predominantly remote with occasional visits to client sites or internal offices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion HCM in a functional role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
