Job summary

University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business seeks an Associate Director for the MS GSCM program. The role supports admissions, advising, events, and program operations, guiding a diverse student body and collaborating with campus partners.

The position requires strong communication, confidentiality per FERPA, and experience in graduate education. Travel for events and recruitment is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in academic advisement.
• Familiarity with student information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information under FERPA guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on admissions, financial aid, housing and academic requirements.
• Manage admissions tracking and processing of applications and decisions.
• Assist in planning and executing student recruitment strategies.
• Communicate MS GSCM program benefits to prospective students and employers.
• Build a pipeline to meet enrollment targets each year.
• Provide academic counseling for graduate students (domestic and international).
• Advise on curriculum, degree requirements, transfer credits, and graduation.
