Based in Los Angeles, this role supports six master’s programs, overseeing inquiries, applications, communications, and data reporting within the Office of Graduate Admissions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong admissions experience.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce in admissions.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends for events.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute recruitment, admission, and enrollment strategies for multiple programs.
• Prepare applications for review and manage applicant data.
• Evaluate applications using rubrics and guidance.
• Communicate application status and advice to applicants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recruit high-quality students.
• Represent USC Marshall at external events and organize admission-related events.
