Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a MS/Fabric Platform Engineer & DevSecOps to design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Fabric environments, build scalable deployment frameworks, and drive secure DevSecOps practices across Fabric, Power BI, and Azure workloads. You will support capacity planning, HA/DR, and modernization initiatives in a global enterprise setting.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Security Teams, and Stakeholders to define standards, steward governance, and lead incident

Responsibilities

  • Design deploy and manage Microsoft Fabric enterprise environments
  • Administer Fabric capacities workspaces OneLake and platform configurations
  • Establish platform standards governance frameworks and operational procedures
  • Build reusable deployment frameworks for Fabric workloads
  • Manage platform scalability performance optimization and capacity planning
  • Implement high availability resiliency and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Support enterprise data and analytics platform modernization initiatives
  • Design and implement enterprise DevSecOps frameworks for Microsoft Fabric
  • Build and maintain CICD pipelines for Fabric Power BI and Azure workloads
  • Automate environment provisioning deployments monitoring and governance activities
  • Integrate security controls throughout the Software Development Lifecycle SDLC
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code IaC and configuration management practices
  • Establish automated testing and deployment validation processes
  • Drive shift-left security and policy-as-code adoption

  • Implement data protection encryption and monitoring solutions
  • Design and support Azure-based platform infrastructure
  • Implement cloud-native services supporting Fabric workloads
  • Manage networking security boundaries and private connectivity
  • Support multienvironment deployment strategies
  • Enable platform observability and operational excellence

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 125,000-135,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
