Job summary

MSM Technology, LLC seeks a Journeyman Software Developer—Systems Software/O&M to support the DOS with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and .NET-based solutions. This fully remote role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

You will design and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM, build Power Apps/workflows, integrate via REST/OData, and support SQL Server data services for mission-critical needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in statistics, CS, math or related field is required or higher.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related models.
• Strong SQL Server experience with database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
• Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Support SQL Server database development including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting.</br>
• Support data migration, modernization, and enterprise application enhancements for DOS.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates.

Description

The Journeyman Software Developer—Systems Software/O&M will support the Department of State (DOS) with the development, maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise applications and systems. The position will apply working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET technologies, application integration, and SQL Server to support system operations and address user and stakeholder requirements. The Journeyman Software Developer will collaborate with technical teams, government stakeholders, and business users to resolve application issues, implement system enhancements, support production environments, and participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years, 5 years preferred of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries
• Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients
