• Lead AI innovation initiatives, PoCs, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Establish governance, security, and Responsible AI standards for all AI solutions.
• Mentor teams on agentic AI architecture, prompting strategies, and AI best practices.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities with measurable business outcomes, including reduced manual effort, faster case resolution, and improved user satisfaction.
