Job summary

eimagine is seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to define and document business requirements and configure solutions within the Dynamics CRM platform. You will analyze processes, design data structures, and implement workflows that align with client goals.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and collaboration with clients and teams to ensure successful delivery of configuration changes, testing, and training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance in creating and configuring Dynamics CRM components, including data structures, fields, forms, views, reports, and workflows.
• Create advanced workflows, automated processes, and customize forms and views to meet business needs.
• Manage data structures, including entities, tables, and fields, and integrate data from various sources.
• Organize and execute declarative configuration work, solution documentation, and implementation support of platform solutions.
• Understand Dynamics 365 / Power Platform security model including role-based access control and data encryption.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements.
• Analyze business processes and produce detailed documentation of required functionality.
• Provide guidance on configuration methods and technical capabilities to match business needs.
• Provide gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover undocumented requirements.
• Research and propose solutions to business problems; perform maintenance and testing of configuration changes.

Description of Duties

• Providing guidance in the creation and configuration of Dynamics CRM components, including data structures, fields, forms, views, reports, and workflows.
• The ability to create advanced workflows, automated processes, and customize forms and views to meet specific business needs.
• Manage data structures, including entities, tables, and fields, and integrating data from various sources.
• Organizing and execution of declarative configuration work, solution documentation, and related implementation support of platform solutions in applicable technologies.
• Has a solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 / Power Platform security model including role-based access control and data encryption.
• Participates in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements.
• Responsible for analyzing specific business processes and needs, then producing detailed documentation of the required functionality.
• Provide fundamental guidance within all aspects of platform software including technical capabilities with the understanding of technical and business requirements, and configuration methods.
• Providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover undocumented business requirements.
• Proficient in researching technical and functional solutions to business problems.
• Performs maintenance and administration functions within platform to support business needs including design and testing of configuration changes, scripts, or approved tools.
• Capable of reviewing and revising existing project requirements and making process improvement recommendations.
• Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project tasks/milestones.
• Utilize delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira as directed by supervisor or project manager.
• Supports organization and planning end-user training and support of training via demonstrations and documentation as needed.
• Provides troubleshooting of system issues by applying advanced knowledge, replication of business processes, understanding of system functionality, and root cause analysis.
• Provide declarative configuration work, solution documentation, and related implementation support of platform solutions in applicable technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and/or delivering user requirements on a Dynamics 365 platform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction,documentationand presentations.
• Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables.
• Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-orientedand able to problem solve/analyze.
• Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.
