Job summary

IES is seeking a Process Training Specialist to join the Systems Development and Implementation team in the United States. The successful candidate will leverage a deep history of process improvement and experience in accounting systems documentation and training to onboard business segments to automated processes.

Responsibilities include leading MS Dynamics 365 implementation support, pre-deployment testing, and training delivery to field, office, and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technology or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in systems implementation and/or training and development.
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train field, office and executive teams using a variety of adult learning methods.
• Available to travel to various US locations up to 25% of the work week
• Flexibility to work in varied US time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialist for MS D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) implementation in addition to other large-scale digital transition projects.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing and documentation
• Assist in systems implementation, conducting small group and one-on-one training
• Act as liaison between development team and end users in identifying system issues and contributing to resolutions
• Document all issues from first occurrence to resolution
• Identify initiatives needed to enhance the implementation process
