Job summary

XAPT is seeking experienced ERP implementation professionals to join our global team. You will work on implementations using NAXT, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, tailored for the heavy equipment industry, with opportunities to explore new concepts and certifications.

Role involves on-site and remote support, leading customer engagements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across international projects. English fluency and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics/Engineering/Finance or related field
• Relevant working experience with ERP solutions
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written
• Experience with ERP implementation
• Consulting/implementation experience with customers or partners
• Willingness to travel (40-60%)
• Experience with Microsoft AX2012, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
• Strong leadership and ability to work with cross-functional global teams

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to clients during implementations and go-live periods
• Lead customers through implementations/upgrades of NAXT/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Lead consulting sessions; assess and document customer requests and involve junior colleagues
• Collect functional requirements and participate in FRD creation
• Contribute to functional solution and test design
• Facilitate trainings, workshops or demonstrations remotely or on site
• Know end-to-end processes and identify issues
• Manage and resolve issues and suggest process improvements
• Manage project timeline with business and technical teams
• Provide post-implementation support and work on international projects in heavy equipment industry

Your main responsibilities would be:

• provide on-site support to clients during the implementations and go-live period.
• lead customer throughout the whole Implementation/upgrade of NAXT/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• lead consulting sessions independently. Assess, understand and document relevant customer requests. Communicate these to other parties involved in the process in a proper manner. Involve junior colleagues in the consulting process.
• collect functional requirements while working with the customer, participate in creating FRDs (Functional requirement documents)
• participate in creating functional solution designs and related test designs
• facilitate trainings, workshops or demonstrations either remotely or on site as required by the customer
• know the functional area end-to-end processes, as well as processes that provide input for the role. Identify problems resulting from errors during the execution of the process.
• manage and resolve issues based on this knowledge.
• suggest and deliver improvements for the processes and systems affecting the whole implementation/support lifecycle.
• manage the project timeline and working with both business & technical personnel to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the project plan
• provide post-implementation support to customers after the go-live date
• work on international projects in the heavy equipment industry

What we expect from you:

• university degree in Business Informatics/Engineering/any related field or Finance , Industrial engineering , economics
• relevant working experience including expertise in business solutions
• excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing
• experience with ERP implementation
• consulting/implementation experience either on customer side or as an implementation partner
• good presentation and demonstration skills
• striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude
• willingness to travel (40-60 %)
• experience with: Microsoft AX2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 business central is a huge advantage
