Job summary

Mexican Sugar is seeking a smart, stylish, and experienced bartender to transport guests with a Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin experience. You will stay two steps ahead of guests' needs and craft cocktails from the freshest ingredients with attentive service.

Candidates should have at least two years of bartending experience, English proficiency, and a willingness to read, write, and speak Spanish. Position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience).
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; sanitation procedures and alcohol service regulations.

• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
