Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join a team conducting Integrated Air and Missile Defense force-on-force MS&A. The role includes study planning, scenario development, IAMD system modeling, scenario testing, and data analysis to support USA SMD CoE.

The candidate will present data through reports and develop analytic tools. The position requires US citizenship, a STEM degree, 2+ years of related experience, and an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
• 2+ years of related experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience with MS&A tools such as AFSIM or similar

Responsibilities

• Study planning for IAMD MS&A projects
• Develop IAMD system models and scenarios

• Develop and enhance deliverable products and data sources
