Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Dayton, OH is seeking a talented aerospace engineer to join our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MSA) team. You will contribute to the AF-SIM M&S framework, simulating aircraft, missiles, and space vehicles with models for aerodynamics, guidance and controls, flight mechanics, and propulsion.

This position requires US citizenship and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance, plus at least two years of aerospace experience.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of 2 years of aerospace engineering experience.
• Experience in Aerodynamics, Guidance and Controls, Flight Mechanics, Propulsion, Hypersonics, Orbital Mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Join the Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis team in support of missions in Dayton, OH.
• Enhance AF-SIM M&S framework integration across aerodynamics, guidance and controls, and propulsion.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and Radiance teammates nationwide on high-profile missions.
