Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer to support DE-HEL and HPM weapon system MS&A. You will use C++, Python, and AFSIM to design, develop, and test systems for DoW customers, coordinating across teams for analysis planning and reporting results to senior management.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years MS&A experience, DoD clearance, and strong skills in simulation analysis, DoE/Monte Carlo methods, and AI/ML techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple teams for analysis planning, execution, and regular reporting of results to senior management and DoD customers.
• Support the design, development, and testing of Directed Energy (DE) - High Energy Laser (HEL) and High Power Microwave (HPM) weapon systems.
• Analyze simulation data using statistical methods (e.g., hypothesis testing, ANOVA, regression, or RSM) and AI/ML approaches (including RL and neural networks).
• Contribute to live-fire test support and MS&A tool integration in HPC environments.
