Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide essential software and hardware support for clinical research efforts using Mobile Research Vehicles (MRVs). Responsibilities include establishing communication services, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining servers.

This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills along with a strong IT background. The role supports vital biomedical research requiring a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience or Associate’s degree and 5+ years experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in field-based operations in a biomedical research environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and end user equipment support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide software and hardware technical support to mobile research vehicles (MRVs).
• Inspect availability of telephone and internet services at new MRV sites.
• Manage servers and maintain IT-related equipment at MRV sites.
