Job summary

Offstream is seeking an implementation engineer to own customer implementations, from signed deal to a fully configured deployment on the Offstream platform. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, software implementation, and project management, and will directly impact how quickly customers operate.

You will coordinate MRV implementations, manage timelines, write MRV plans for registry submissions, and work with registries to get plans approved, while configuring the app to meet

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an implementation, project management, or MRV/technical advisory role in data-heavy regulated industries.
• Comfort making judgment calls under ambiguity and owning the outcome.
• Experience configuring software platforms to meet customer requirements.
• Strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in capital project development or on-the-ground operations and translating field realities into plans.
• Excitement about using AI tools to move faster, including drafting MRV plans and configuring the app.
• Strong written and verbal communication; writing plans for registries and direct customer communication.
• Passion for startups and balancing stakeholders toward final outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end success of MRV implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across projects.
• Translate MRV designs into complete plan requirements and registry submissions.
• Communicate with registries and compliance bodies to resolve questions.
• Configure the Offstream app to match monitoring, reporting, and verification needs.
• Make judgments on app updates and configuration changes as requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify when new functionality is needed.
• Build processes that speed up future implementations.
