Job summary

Grace is seeking a detail-oriented MRP Planner to manage raw material planning and optimize inventory at our Columbia, MD site. The role focuses on evaluating production demands with ERP/MRP systems, coordinating procurement timelines, and aligning schedules with supply chain partners to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate BOM records, monitor vendor lead times, and continuously improve planning processes while meeting customer delivery

Qualifications

7+ years Business Industry Experience is required.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
Strong planning, inventory control, and demand management skills.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and manage production schedules to meet business demands.
Evaluate purchase orders and create suitable production schedules based on material availability.
Estimate required materials, equipment, and labor.
Monitor inventory levels and align with production schedules.
Maintain SAP MRP data and execute monthly close-out operations.
