Job summary

Resonant is seeking a Planning Associate to partner with Lab and Production Services for mission-based lab work and scheduling. You will help generate and release orders, monitor materials and capacity, and ensure smooth production flow while coordinating with multiple teams.

The role emphasizes SAP transactions, MRP knowledge, and strong communication skills to resolve issues quickly and maintain schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• High school completion or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related Supply Chain experience.
• Basic understanding of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work at a computer.

Responsibilities

• Review stock levels using Material Demand reports and SAP MD04/MD06/MD07.
• Support Planning to maintain the production schedule.
• Generate and release daily production orders within parameters.
• Track 30+ days of planned to production order conversions and adjust dates.
• Coordinate material availability checks and batch assignments.
• Release orders with appropriate timing and manage packing packets.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Complete SAP transactions (TO, TR, CO11n, etc.) at each step.
• Communicate shortages immediately to Planning, PMA, and Procurement.
• Assist with training new associates and work as part of the team.
