Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking an Associate Production Control Planner to support manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient material flow, accurate WIP tracking, and timely progression of MOs. You will collaborate with Production Control, Operations, and supporting teams to resolve shortages and maintain MPS alignment.

The role emphasizes monitoring material movement, identifying bottlenecks, and driving corrective actions to protect material flow and MO execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, BOMs, and MRP.
• Ability to organize multiple changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material movement from release through MO progression to ensure flow.
• Track daily WIP status to identify bottlenecks and shortages; escalate as needed.
• Monitor MO completion rates and intervene to avoid missed finish dates.
• Support MPS alignment by reporting deviations, delays, or rescheduling needs.
• Collaborate with Production Control to resolve shortages and coordinate corrective actions.
