Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Material Requirements Planning Manager 2 in Baltimore, MD. This hybrid role reports to the Manager, BWI MRP and Engineering Support and leads professional and represented staff to optimize master schedules and material plans.

You will develop relationships with Operations, Global Supply Chain, and Program Management to drive schedule compliance and continuous improvement while ensuring government requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment.
• Experience with leading people and/or teams.
• Experience with SAP and MRP fundamentals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process Master Production Schedule requirements.
• Guide MRP plan maintenance to ensure integrity and reflect executable plans.
• Maintain lead time planning initiatives within Baltimore manufacturing cells.
• Review and release material purchase requisitions.
• Incorporate engineering change notices into manufacturing and order bills of materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Production Control to improve scheduling.
