Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle EDI data flows, inventory control, and supplier communications in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain accuracy in customer data, manage ASN processes, and support production with timely releases and problem resolution.

The role requires two years in production/inventory control, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Two years production and inventory control experience.
• One year continuous work experience.
• Preferred - Customer EDI basics.
• Must work well with others.
• Must have good communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must have strong problem solving and math skills.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and have a high tolerance for stressful situations.
• Must be customer driven.

Responsibilities

• Check, print, and clear EDI mailbox messages.
• Coordinate with Customers/Suppliers and IS when EDI is not received.
• Update EDI data into AIM Vision daily. Run MRP first day of week.
• Monitor inventory levels; release to Suppliers; track shipments.
